Chocolate banana smoothie

Meal replacement smoothie:

1 large banana
1 cup ice
1 cup almond milk
1 squirt nesquick liquid chocolate
(read this label before you buy, I bought mine with no fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners)
2 packets stevia in the raw
1 scoop soy protien

Blend well and enjoy!

Calorie count: 245

Note: you can buy chocolate almond milk and take out the nesquick. Calorie count may change.
