Tres Leches Cake
Cake is my weakness, and this cake beats all others to it!
Need: 1 vanilla or yellow cake mix (and contents to make cake mix)
1 c sweetened condensed milk
1 c heavy cream
1 c evaporated milk
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 tub whipped cream
carmel topping (ice cream style)

Bake cake by following directions but make sure you don't burn it. A little underdone is way better than overdone. Let the cake cool for about 10- 20 min. Using a butter knife scrape the very top layer off the cake to make it porous. Then poke holes in the cake to help it soak up the milks. In a bowl add milks and vanilla. Poor over cake. Drizzle carmel over cake. Spread whipped cream as the frosting and refrigerate until served. Enjoy!
