Meal replacement smoothie:
1/2 cup orange sherbet
3/4 cup frozen pinnaple
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop soy protien powder
2 packets stevia in the raw
A splash of vanilla
Blend and enjoy!
Calorie count: 265
Note: I bought the publix brand orange sherbet. I am sure there are some other healthier sorbets out there for those of you who have H.E.B and and health food stores. 1/2 cup here was 100 calories. Feel free to substitute.
