Roasted corn on the cob
This is one of my favorite vegetables, especially to grill.
Need: Corn with shuck
We use a charcoal grill and heat is about 350-400.
Run your corn with shuck under water so soak the shuck with water. When your grill is hot, place your corn right on top of the hottest spot on grill. ALWAYS PUT YOUR CORN ON FIRST. Corn takes the longest to cook in most cases. Flip your corn about every 5-10 min. If your corn is burning move it off the heat but keep it on the grill.
Your corn should be done in 30 min. When shucking your corn use a pot holder, it will be hot. Add your butter, cracked pepper and salt. Enjoy!

That is a very valuable tip I learned from you, Amber - running the corn under cold water. :-)
