Spicy homemade tacos

I love tacos. They are one of the only "beef" entrees I eat. Lately I have been trying new things and came up with this recipe.

Serves 2
Need: 1 Jalapeno
6 corn tortillas
1/4-1/2 lb hamburger meet
1tbls minced garlic
mexican blend shredded cheese
salt and pepper
1 lime
1 tbls olive oil

mince your jalapeno to pieces as small as you can chop. In a skillet on med-high heat cook hamburger, jalapeno, and garlic.  I use a spatula and try to break up the meat to very thin pieces as well, constantly stirring. Before the meet is completely done, on another flat skillet heat your olive oil on high heat.  warm each tortilla for 30 seconds each side.  Right before you are done cooking meat, squeeze one half of your lime into the meat skillet and add salt and pepper to taste. While your tortillas are still hot fill them with your meat and add a bit of shredded cheese. Roll them up and pin them with a toothpick to serve.  I like to keep a lime on the plate to kick the heat if the jalapeno is too spicy. Enjoy!
