Banana Spice Fruit and Veggie Dip

As I try to continue on in my clean eating adventure I have found that creativity is needed.  This is a tasty, healthy dip that helps make those, not-so-easy to stomach, green veggies a little bit easier.

What you need:
1 Banana
3-4 tbls milk/almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground nutmeg

Blend all ingredients in your blender and serve with your fruit or veggies for a lovely appetizer or snack!
(For those who are wondering, yes the celery is a major stretch for me, but the dip really does help.)
